The below wedding packages were created exclusively for our Kauffman Center wedding clients.

BAND PRODUCTION PACKAGE
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Full Brandmeyer audio with white RCF Evox speakers
- (36) total up lights – (30) for pillars and (6) additional to be used where additional enhancement is needed
- 12×16 Wenger stage (24” tall), with white stairs, choice of facade, white top, and dual layer drape backdrop
- (6) moving head lights to be used for stage wash/dance floor lighting (such as spot lighting the important dances)
- (16) pin spots for centerpieces/etc
- White drape to cover the gift shop
- (2) Audio technicians on-site
- (1) Lighting designer to program lighting cues
- Delivery, set and strike labor

DJ PRODUCTION PACKAGE
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Full Brandmeyer audio with white RCF Evox speakers
- (36) total up lights – (30) for pillars and (6) additional to be used where additional enhancement is needed
- 4×8 white platform stage riser (10″ tall) near the dance floor for the DJ to set up on
- (6) moving head lights to be used for stage wash/dance floor lighting (such as spot lighting the important dances)
- (16) pin spots for centerpieces/etc
- White drape to cover the gift shop
- (2) Audio technicians on-site
- (1) Lighting designer to program lighting cues
- Delivery, set and strike labor

Do you also need an audio system outside or on a balcony for your ceremony or cocktail reception? Let us know so we can make sure you are taken care of entirely with all your production needs. Because you have chosen the Kauffman Center as your venue, if we have the items you need in stock, we will add it to your package at no additional cost.
